We have used Tecobi for almost nine years. Probably the best platform for following up with clients and setting appointments I have ever seen. Very user-friendly. It has become a TOTAL CRM. Savannah has been amazing. We are a smaller dealership, and I have never felt that we are just another client, or a smaller client. We get amazing one-on-one customer service. She is very concerned that we get the very most out of Tecobi.

These guys are rock stars and the real deal in automotive advertising. They are cutting edge, innovative and responsive. If you are in automotive and not signed up - what are you waiting for? The company is great, the people are great. One of our best vendors, excellent leads and a great ROI. 2026 Edit: Thanks for responding to my review (today... that's weird). Though we haven't used this company in about 5 or 6 years. Still good people there. Can't speak to how their model has changed or recent ROI. Wish you all the best of luck still.

Can't say enough about how much Tecobi has already helped us. In 2 days of having the software we can contribute AT LEAST 1 car deal that was a 3 month old lead. We were fully live with software on Thursday. We had 3 appointments show up the coming Monday and all 3 were set by Tecobi. Customer feedback on response times and diligent responding has been awesome. Best part is they no idea it's not us.

Look, if your up in the air on joining Tecobi then mark my words .... DO IT!! I am a smaller dealer but literally within the first 4 days of going live with them Ive concluded Tecobi was the direct result of 9 extra sales ... IN JUST 4 DAYS! Not only that but since Ive been in the automotive business I have not came across a single business partner/ product or service that cares about you using the system right! They will reach out to make sure things are going smoothly and will stay on you if the system isnt used as it should be! The training was easy they were clear and they make sure you know how to use the system! Other CRMS get you to sign and then your on ur own, trust me I know I have had multiple! I cant say enough good things honestly! And idk who the owner is but if your reading this .. Luke, Shannon & NaStassja are hands down badass and are extremely helpful!
