One of the many things that separate Tecobi from any competitor is their staff and response times. They typically respond in MINUTES, not days like others. Erin, Savannah, Misty, Naan (I apologize if I left anyone out) are all top notch! They CARE about the dealers success.

We have tried several systems like Tecobi and I can say this one is by far a more superior product than the rest. It is definitely worth the cost and the investment will pay for itself and then some. Once you get setup they have ht most friendly support to help you get comfortable with it and follow up with you months later to see how everything is going . 10 out 10 recommend!

I LOVE using TECOBI. The whole system has made my work days so much more simple. From checking customers in, to being able to look up lead information and follow up with the multitude of ways we can correspond with our customers, I have everything I need right at my fingertips. Also a huge added bonus to using TECOBI after signing up and making an account, I was immediately contacted by a TECOBI expert named Esther. She contacts me periodically every few weeks to ask how I’m doing and if I’m liking the system, as well as answers any questions I may have promptly. Esther has been so helpful and exceptional to communicate with! It's been really nice having extensive follow up done for me while I take care of things at hand! It's even cooler checking in and having 2 or 3 appointments set and I didn't even talk to anyone! We have used Tecobi for almost nine years. Probably the best platform for following up with clients and setting appointments I have ever seen. Very user-friendly. It has become a TOTAL CRM. Savannah has been amazing. We are a smaller dealership, and I have never felt that we are just another client, or a smaller client. We get amazing one-on-one customer service. She is very concerned that we get the very most out of Tecobi.

These guys are rock stars and the real deal in automotive advertising. They are cutting edge, innovative and responsive. If you are in automotive and not signed up - what are you waiting for? The company is great, the people are great. One of our best vendors, excellent leads and a great ROI. 2026 Edit: Thanks for responding to my review (today... that's weird). Though we haven't used this company in about 5 or 6 years. Still good people there. Can't speak to how their model has changed or recent ROI. Wish you all the best of luck still.
