As the BDC Manager at my dealership I have the pleasure of using it every day and I love it! Since we have started using Tecobi I have been able to reach and connect with more customers and set more appointments. My Tecobi Performance Manager Sami Ayyad has been nothing short of amazing! Anytime I have had any issues or questions he has been on it ASAP! When we have our meetings and trainings he always explains everything and makes sure i understand everything and has always my questions answered before we end our meetings and is always working with me to find areas we can improve on and new ways to get more appointments in the door. Our business has seen in an increase in Follow-Up Lead Generation and Increased ROAS. The software Tecobi provides sets the bar for CRMs and Automation. Their proprietary software is a great way to centralize all of your leads, so you never have to worry about forgetting to reach back out to a potential customer. Another thing that sets Tecobi apart from the rest is their customer service. Our regional representative TJ has kept us informed on any new features coming to Tecobi as well as be there for us to answer any questions. He routinely follows up to see how everything is going and helps us to find any potential ways to improve.
