Don't really know how we managed before Tecobi. If you're running a dealership and are not using this system you are losing business. It's like a personal assistant for your sales and marketing team. I can see what's happening in real time and make sure not only my customer is being helped, but can help my team with any questions or problems they encounter on the spot. The program is great and the team at Tecobi is even better. Don't know what I would do without Erin and the rest of the team. To be honest sales have almost doubled and with half of the work. I would recommend that if you have or are running a dealership you call them asap.

I know we are the “odd man out” with regard to the Tecobi software platform since I think we may be the only company using the system that’s not in the automotive space. But that doesn’t matter….. as a business owner, Results are the only thing that matters and Tecobi 100% delivers! On top of our marketing lead saying it’s the easiest and most intuitive CRM she’s ever operated, Tecobi has been digging for gold in our OLD LEADS, delivering a treasure trove of appointments with potential clients, some of which have been in our system for three or four years! In just the last five days here are the number of appointments booked each day as a result of Tecobi’s efforts: 9,4,7,2,4! That’s 24 opportunities to earn a customers business put on the calendar in just the last five days as a direct result of using Tecobi!! The software is fantastic, but the people behind it, or even better! Everyone we’ve interacted with at Tecobi, bend over backwards to make sure the system is working for us… And again, we are not their target market! I’d give them 10 stars if it allowed me to! If you are in the automotive space, you’d be a fool, in my opinion, not to check out how Tecobi might benefit you!
