Your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Your consent remains valid until you revoke it using one of the opt-out methods described below or by otherwise clearly communicating that you no longer wish to be contacted.
2. Automated Technology and AI-Assisted Communications
You understand and agree that communications may be created, selected, scheduled, personalized, or sent using automated technology, artificial intelligence, AI-assisted tools, prerecorded messages, artificial voice technology, automated dialing systems, or other communication software.
Some communications may be generated or assisted by AI. Some communications may be sent by, reviewed by, or responded to by a human representative. You may request human assistance at any time by replying to a text message, asking for a human representative, calling the business contacting you, or contacting TECOBI using the information below.
AI-assisted communications are intended to help answer questions, provide follow-up, assist with scheduling, and support customer communication. AI-assisted communications should not be treated as final legal, financial, credit, insurance, tax, or binding purchase advice.
3. Text Message Terms
By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive recurring text messages from TECOBI, TECOBI clients, and their authorized service providers at the mobile number you provided.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, account activity, communication history, appointment status, and the communication program you joined.
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile carrier plan for details.
Text messages may be sent using automated technology and may include AI-assisted or AI-generated content.
4. Opting Out of Text Messages
You may revoke your consent to receive text messages at any time.
To stop receiving text messages, reply with any of the following keywords:
You may also use any other clear statement that reasonably communicates that you do not want to receive further text messages.
After you opt out, you may receive one final non-marketing text message confirming your opt-out request. You will not receive further text messages that require consent unless you later provide new consent or otherwise re-initiate communication.
If you previously opted out and later want to receive text messages again, you may be asked to reply START, submit a new form, or otherwise provide renewed consent.
5. Opting Out of Phone Calls
You may ask not to receive phone calls at any time by telling the caller, using any automated call opt-out option provided, contacting the business that called you, or contacting TECOBI.
If you request not to receive further calls, your request will be honored within the time required by law.
6. Opting Out of Emails
You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in a marketing email, replying with an unsubscribe request where available, contacting the business that emailed you, or contacting TECOBI.
Opting out of marketing emails may not stop transactional or relationship emails, such as appointment confirmations, requested information, account-related notices, or service-related communications.
