It is my pleasure to leave this review for others looking for a better way to connect with their clients/customers. It's been 60 days since implementing Tecobi. I consider myself a 'process queen' and have found this to be one of the most comprehenesive follow up texting tools available. With so many interactive features, it is very customer engaging. Let me start by saying I am a Business Development Center, so the long term impact should be very exciting! If you're an Internet Manager/Department GET THIS TOOL! And make sure you use all of your 3rd party lead providers, too. Our Tecobi go to person is Sami. He has been there every step of the way, answers each of our inquiries or questions almost immediately, offering resources, support and proven recommendations or best practices. The short codes are priceless! It's a breeze to add anything to the basic code, insert a picture or a GIF, of which they're endless! Text-blasting can be very personalized, targeted, and filtered for the most relevant audience. Plus there are presets to make the most of your time while still getting things done the right way. The possibilities are endless with Tecobi, and I def recommend this. I hope to modify my feedback in 6 months, based on the long-term impact. Thanks Sami!

Have been using Tecobi at and Independent Dealrship under a Franchise umbrella for a few years now. To put it plain and simple, it works if you do. Even if you don't you will get appointments and deals, but if you work the system it is amazing. Sami and the team are always available and ready to help make a deal.
