This is how it is supposed to be... We have been, for years, tasking Salespeople and BDC Staff to call, text and email E Leads that there is a high probability they will not hear back from them, at least not right away... Utilizing AI, Tecobi waits for a customer response before any action is needed by us. Now we are dealing with only engaged customers looking to buy. We are only 2 months into it, but can't wait to see it continue to grow as we ad more leads to it.. Might be a coincidence, but our best 2 months of the year (2024) were last month and this month..
