When we first started using this system I was a little hesitant just because I thought more work that I’m going to get behind on and not do. Then when I did the video training with Cameron I fell in love with it. It has such an easy website to navigate through and the same goes for the app.

Misty with Tecobi came in clutch with the recent outage we experienced at my dealership… she played an integral part in our store maintaining business during such an unexpected and unprecedented event. Her customer service is unparalleled… answering my calls and texts after hours and on weekends. The tool is user friendly, fantastic for an internet or BDC department, and takes customer follow-up to another level. I only wish I would have used Tecobi more diligently prior to this occurrence… my life would have been a whole lot easier!

This system is a total game changer!! My sales have gone up by 50%!!! We had to hire another admin just to handle the influx of applicants. If you’re in car sales and you’re NOT using this system, you’re leaving money on the table! Period. End of story. You adapt or get left behind!
