I don’t “review things” very often, if ever. I’ve worked in the Automotive sales business for 23 years now. I’ve used practically every major CRM and dealer system that’s been around during the last 20 years. I’ve been using TECOBI for just over 1 year now. I’m not very smart with technology…. Well just not very smart. In order to learn I need to genuinely understand something. I am incapable of having someone train me for 8 hours and turning around the next day and applying what I’ve learned. I have to ask questions and that process is different with TECOBI than any other dealer system I’ve ever touched. If I have a question, I can and do have someone addressing my question less than 5 minutes from me texting them. I don’t need to send an email. The first week when I had an obnoxious amount of questions per day, Misty was responding so quickly I really just thought she was appointed to me or something. Then I figured out she’s just a rock star. Fast forward about 4-5 months later and I realized it’s not Misty alone. It’s Sami, it’s Aidan it’s…. I can’t remember all the names. Now are they just the best employees in the world? Probably not. But they used their product expertly and their product gives them all the tools to compete as the very busy customer service team I’ve ever had. I’d imagine I’ve probably just rambled and repeated what’s been said thousands of times by thousands of others in different ways.
