I have always enjoyed researching and learning about new products for assisting in lead handling. TECOBI has honestly given us the ability to grow, not only as a store, but as BDRs. In the last 2 years, the advancements in their product have been vast. With their AutoBots, we are now able to keep tabs on leads that would be more long-term follow up (something you would have to hire a rep to do). I find that the texting and emailing side of this has been a game changer. My favorite feature has to be the Bot/Auto emails. For those customers that do not respond in our CRM, they respond almost instantly on TECOBI. Offer immediacy and initial lead follow up has also boosted us on days we are closed, holidays, or even lunch times when reps are out or we just have an off hour, TECOBI steps in and takes over. I encourage you to look into it. As a BDC director and now a Marketing director, I encourage all my stores to at least try it for 90-days and see if it doesn't make their team more efficient and raise their bonuses.
