If you are a dealer, you need to try Tecobi. There are many ways to run ads but as you know most ads simply do not work that well and are very hard to track and scale. We started having leads from Tecobi instantly on signing up and started selling vehicles right away and our cost per incremental sale is more than reasonable. I am even hesitant righting this review as I do not want other dealers in my area to find our about Tecobi... But hey great ideas and people behind them deserve credit and recognition. You have got to try it.

I tend to think that I am in front of the curve to find the most customers I can. As an individual sales person at a dealership that allows me to market myself when selling 30, 40, plus cars per month I have not had good luck with Facebook lead generation. TECOBI has taking me to the next level of getting leads, responding extremely quickly, and closing more deals. I am now dishing out leads to fellow sales people (in a super competitive store ) because I cannot keep up.

Wow! We signed up for Tecobi 2 weeks ago. We were up and running right away. We have sold 4 cars in one week off Tecobi and that is just scratching the surface! Asked for a few small changes to the App and was done the next day. Have never had service like that with any other company! If you want to get ahead you have to try Tecobi today! It is great to be away from the office and still be able to respond to messages and listen to phone calls from your mobile device!!

I think this Tool is great for Management and Admin, but there are some things it misses the mark on in the Day-to-day use of the application. This was built by tech individual for car guys, so understandable there are some bugs. The AI isnt received well with every customer, nor does it have sentience to add to a conversation in a constructive manner. Yes it text and engages leads; imo its too strong and on coming. Now selling a car is the same everywhere, but each dealer has their own trials and tribulations, especially independent lots that mostly have used cars. From the Sales perspective here is what could be improved. 1. Searchability. pin customers to vehicles not vehicles to customers. Cars will sell and i will get 50 leads a day, i wont remember every customers name; but i can search their vehicle of interest and find them. The Fix, inventory 2. Roles. I think the Ai shouldnt be messaging in my name. Ill get off the phone with a client and it sends a message immediately, that's out of context, and can look unprofessional. The fix, The AI should introduce itself as a BDC and pass off to sales not try to masquerade as a sale associate. (some clients see thru this immediately and opt out. and we start it fight a battle) Great idea and i see the potential but somethings like this need a remedy or refocusing.
