If you work it, it’ll work FOR you I love how professional the responses are and how fast the response is. Keeps customers engaged and information is easy to find, one thing that needs help is maybe not putting the reps in a 15 minute class that could be easily fixed by showing how things should be done but other than that was awesome to have!

I think this Tool is great for Management and Admin, but there are some things it misses the mark on in the Day-to-day use of the application. This was built by tech individual for car guys, so understandable there are some bugs. The AI isnt received well with every customer, nor does it have sentience to add to a conversation in a constructive manner. Yes it text and engages leads; imo its too strong and on coming. Now selling a car is the same everywhere, but each dealer has their own trials and tribulations, especially independent lots that mostly have used cars. From the Sales perspective here is what could be improved. 1. Searchability. pin customers to vehicles not vehicles to customers. Cars will sell and i will get 50 leads a day, i wont remember every customers name; but i can search their vehicle of interest and find them. The Fix, inventory 2. Roles. I think the Ai shouldnt be messaging in my name. Ill get off the phone with a client and it sends a message immediately, that's out of context, and can look unprofessional. The fix, The AI should introduce itself as a BDC and pass off to sales not try to masquerade as a sale associate. (some clients see thru this immediately and opt out. and we start it fight a battle) Great idea and i see the potential but somethings like this need a remedy or refocusing.
