My name is Regina the Queen of Car Loans at Joe lunghmaer Chevrolet!! I have been with TECOBI since July 2020. Actually since Feb 2020. TECOBI was being used at a previous store before I came to Joe Lunghamer. I actually wanted to highlight my account rep Misty Burton who is takes care my account. Misty is always suggests ideas to market my ad and staying close to our account. Misty and my team have a monthly call to discuss the wins and the loses but I must say it is more wins then anything. Misty and also convinced me that we needed to spend more money to get more leads and we all know on sales that we know the answers to questions but you have to be told to spend more to get more!! I am amazed of the relationships that are built over the phone for business and you never actually seen the person!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Tecobi. Most people nowadays always claim that they can help you sell more cars if you sign up with their services. They always oversell and under deliver but I can’t say this was the case with Tecobi. If worked properly and if you trust and follow the process you will see the results. There is not one employee at tecobi that I have dealt with that doesn’t talk the talk and walk the walk. Very please with them!

By far the best technology I've seen in years! Our engagement with sales & service customers is at the highest levels ever! Our appointments set / show numbers are also at record levels.
