We use Tecobi at our dealership to sell cars and we love their product. They build ads for us and post them on Facebook, then when people respond we are able to text & call them back . Since signing up with Tecobi we've seen our Engagement rate nearly double. (80-85%) I've been building Facebook ads for a while now so we signed up for the Software Only package. I can honestly say that in my 10 years in internet sales I've never seen a product that made follow up so easy and efficient. My guys are no longer bogged down with mundane tasks and can focus on making relevant phone calls to customers that are ready to interact. The customer service at Tecobi is next level type stuff. If you want to suggest a tweak in the system you can reach out directly to the owner and programmer via Facebook messenger (and he encourages your input). The fact that Jason and his team use their own product to follow up with their own prospects speaks volumes about it's effectiveness. If you want your dealership to reach it's max potential you won't do it without Tecobi.
