This software has definitely helped me maintain my current customer base with follow up messages etc. As well it helped me grow and expand my customer base. Would recommend to any dealer or company looking into it everything has been great since we signed up 2-3 years ago! Any issues or problems are handled immediately and I have only seen the company grow and expand with more and better features.

Don't really know how we managed before Tecobi. If you're running a dealership and are not using this system you are losing business. It's like a personal assistant for your sales and marketing team. I can see what's happening in real time and make sure not only my customer is being helped, but can help my team with any questions or problems they encounter on the spot. The program is great and the team at Tecobi is even better. Don't know what I would do without Erin and the rest of the team. To be honest sales have almost doubled and with half of the work. I would recommend that if you have or are running a dealership you call them asap.
