Tecobi has been quite a problem-solver for me. I have to make outbound calls for my job and, let's face it - people don't like to answer a call from a number they don't know. Tecobi lets me text and include my phone number so that my customers get the services they need. Misty has been so helpful. The few times I've gotten stuck (which isn't often as Tecobi is SO easy to manage!), she has been Johnny-on-the-spot with a solution along with a quick wit and great sense of humor. I have recommeded Tecobi to several of my co-workers and they all love it too. Thank you this service!!

We just start using TECOBI at our dealership. It very user friendly. The system runs smoothly. The app is great. It keeps active customer up front but the AI makes sure no one gets left behind.
