Can't say enough about how much Tecobi has already helped us. In 2 days of having the software we can contribute AT LEAST 1 car deal that was a 3 month old lead. We were fully live with software on Thursday. We had 3 appointments show up the coming Monday and all 3 were set by Tecobi. Customer feedback on response times and diligent responding has been awesome. Best part is they no idea it's not us.

Look, if your up in the air on joining Tecobi then mark my words .... DO IT!! I am a smaller dealer but literally within the first 4 days of going live with them Ive concluded Tecobi was the direct result of 9 extra sales ... IN JUST 4 DAYS! Not only that but since Ive been in the automotive business I have not came across a single business partner/ product or service that cares about you using the system right! They will reach out to make sure things are going smoothly and will stay on you if the system isnt used as it should be! The training was easy they were clear and they make sure you know how to use the system! Other CRMS get you to sign and then your on ur own, trust me I know I have had multiple! I cant say enough good things honestly! And idk who the owner is but if your reading this .. Luke, Shannon & NaStassja are hands down badass and are extremely helpful!
