I would give this software program of five stars. Tecobi is easy to use and I like the live time typing along with being able to send messages and emails quickly. The support staff is top notch and always responds right away to any questions or concerns with the software and works with you to come to a resolution or provide the information needed. I've had that experience with Misty Burton. I would give her five stars as well. Her customer service and response time is on point!

We have tried several systems like Tecobi and I can say this one is by far a more superior product than the rest. It is definitely worth the cost and the investment will pay for itself and then some. Once you get setup they have ht most friendly support to help you get comfortable with it and follow up with you months later to see how everything is going . 10 out 10 recommend!
