Biography
Nearly a decade of learning, support, and follow-through.
Shannon Hutchins is a Senior Technical Support Specialist and one of TECOBI's longest-tenured employees. Nearly a decade ago, when TECOBI was still a brand-new startup, she came across a Facebook post for an entry-level position and decided to take a chance on a growing company.
Shannon joined as one of TECOBI's earliest employees and is now one of only two hires from those early days still with the company.
It did not take long for Shannon to want to learn and take on more. She asked questions, sought opportunities to understand different areas of the business, and steadily accepted additional responsibilities.
Throughout her career at TECOBI, Shannon has never been afraid to step outside her job description. She remains willing to jump in wherever needed and has become someone coworkers and customers know they can consistently count on.
For Shannon, nearly ten years at TECOBI represents much more than a job. She has grown alongside the company through some of the most important years of her life, building a career, supporting her team and customers, and helping shape TECOBI's journey from nearly the very beginning.
Perspective
A career built alongside a growing family.
TECOBI has been a constant through some of the biggest chapters of Shannon's personal life. When she joined, she and her husband had one child who was just a year old. Since then, they have welcomed four more children while Shannon continued building her career.
Her dedication has followed her through every season of motherhood. She has answered emails with a newborn in her arms and even worked from her hospital bed while in labor.
As a wife and mother of five, Shannon is especially proud of balancing the family she and her husband have built with being someone her coworkers and customers can consistently count on.
