Scarlet Girdner is Co-Owner of TECOBI and has been an integral part of the company since its founding in 2016. With a career spanning healthcare, client relations, marketing, technology, and business operations, Scarlet brings a unique combination of leadership, adaptability, and real-world experience to the TECOBI team.

At TECOBI, Scarlet oversees many of the people and operational functions that keep the company moving forward, including employee operations, client success, vendor relationships, internal processes, payroll and HR, billing support, and company administration. She is passionate about building strong teams, creating a great experience for clients, and making sure TECOBI never loses the personal relationships and culture that have been part of the company from the beginning.

Before entering the automotive technology industry, Scarlet spent more than a decade as a Surgical Technologist, working across numerous surgical specialties. Her healthcare background taught her to remain calm under pressure, pay attention to the smallest details, communicate effectively, and solve problems quickly. Those skills have translated surprisingly well to entrepreneurship and leadership.

Scarlet later transitioned into social media marketing, client onboarding, and account management, where she developed a passion for building relationships and helping businesses succeed through technology. That experience ultimately helped lay the foundation for her role at TECOBI.

Scarlet believes great companies are built by great people. Her leadership philosophy is centered on accountability, loyalty, communication, and treating people like people, not numbers.
