NaStassja combines entrepreneurship, communications, customer service, and a relationship-first mindset to help dealership clients navigate change and get more from the TECOBI platform.
Biography
Entrepreneurial experience built around people.
Before joining TECOBI, NaStassja earned her bachelor's degree in Communications and Spanish and pursued her passion for entrepreneurship by building her own hair business, Blessed and Competent Styles. For nearly four years, she grew the business while developing valuable skills in client relationships, communication, and customer service.
When circumstances led her to step away from the business, NaStassja embraced a new chapter in motherhood and eventually found her way to TECOBI.
Today, NaStassja serves as a Junior Account Executive at TECOBI, where she works alongside Luke to support clients with account management and performance. She helps ensure users get the most from the TECOBI platform while providing guidance and support as dealerships navigate changes in their CRM processes.
NaStassja genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients, helping solve problems, and being someone they can count on throughout their journey with TECOBI.

Motherhood, creativity, faith, and resilience.
Outside of work, NaStassja's greatest joy is being a mother to her three-year-old daughter. She also enjoys styling hair whenever she can, dancing, spending time with close friends and family, catching up on sleep, and binge-watching a great new series.
Her life is grounded in God, family, love, and loyalty. Through entrepreneurship, motherhood, and her career, NaStassja has learned the importance of resilience and continuing to move forward.
One motto that has always resonated with her is, "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger."
