Biography
Nine years of helping TECOBI clients succeed.
Misty is a Junior Account Executive at TECOBI, but her work extends well beyond a traditional account role. She supports customer service, manages dealership accounts, trains clients on the software, and steps in wherever needed to keep customers moving in the right direction.
Misty began her career with TECOBI nine years ago and has spent that time helping clients stay successful. She keeps a close eye on the customer service queue, answers questions, and speaks directly with clients when they need guidance or assistance.
Her earlier experience in retail helped shape the service-first approach she brings to TECOBI. Misty understands the value of listening carefully, responding with patience, and making sure customers feel supported rather than passed along.
Misty graduated from The Ohio State University and earned a master's degree in education. That background strengthens her ability to train clients, explain the platform clearly, and help dealership teams understand how to use TECOBI effectively.

Outside of work, she is a mother of three and a grandmother of two. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports, cheering on her youngest daughter as she plays college softball, and coloring.
