Biography
Building systems that help teams act on customer demand.
Jason is the Co-Founder and CEO of TECOBI, an automotive technology company focused on AI-powered customer communication, lead management, and sales automation.
With more than two decades in automotive technology, Jason began his career in 2001 and has worked across nearly every evolution of digital dealership marketing, from early CRM and social media platforms to modern AI-driven communication systems. That experience led him to found TECOBI in 2016 after recognizing that dealerships needed a faster, more effective way to engage and follow up with customers.
Jason has remained deeply involved in TECOBI's product architecture, combining his automotive experience with a passion for software, artificial intelligence, automation, and communication technology. Under his leadership, TECOBI has grown into a nationwide platform serving automotive dealerships while remaining independently owned and bootstrapped.
His approach to business is centered on building durable products rather than chasing short-term growth. He believes technology should reduce unnecessary human dependency, increase organizational leverage, and make complex processes dramatically simpler.
Beyond TECOBI
Faith, family, progress, technology, and cars.
On a personal level, Jason's life is centered around faith, family, progress, technology, and cars. His wife, Scarlet, and five children, Austin, Ethan, Colin, Jason II, and Addison, are at the heart of why he works as hard as he does, and much of his ambition comes from a desire to build a lasting legacy for his family.
He has a lifelong passion for high-performance and exotic cars and enjoys anything that combines engineering, speed, technology, and great design. He is equally fascinated by artificial intelligence, software, home automation, and the bigger questions surrounding technology, human potential, and the future.
Jason values time with his family, meaningful progress, independence, and the freedom to build things his own way. His faith in God plays a central role in how he approaches leadership, difficult decisions, and his definition of success.
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.”
2 Corinthians 5:7
For Jason, success is not simply about building a large company or achieving financial milestones. It is about creating something meaningful, staying true to his values, providing an extraordinary life and future for his family, and ultimately using whatever success he achieves to point back to God.
