A decade of growing through the work.
Erin Surrena is the General Manager of TECOBI and has been part of the company since its very beginning. Over the past decade, she has grown alongside TECOBI, starting as a Text Ninja and working in nearly every position within the company before stepping into her current leadership role.
That hands-on experience has given Erin a unique understanding of TECOBI from every angle, from supporting customers and managing day-to-day operations to understanding the challenges faced by the people in each role.
She brings that perspective to her work as General Manager and takes great pride in the company she has helped build over the past decade.

Outside of work, Erin is happiest surrounded by the people she loves. She enjoys spending time with her two adult children, Elexa and Zander, as well as her mom, sisters, niece, and nephews.
She has a deep appreciation for spirituality, self-reflection, and the little things that bring a sense of meaning and connection to everyday life.
A devoted perfume enthusiast, she also appreciates a good book, a comfortable robe and pajamas, and a perfectly cozy night at home, preferably while smelling considerably more expensive than she actually is.
