This feature takes the last 200 communications with a customer—be it text messages or transcribed phone calls—and generates a concise summary, providing a snapshot of the entire conversation. The goal is simple but profound: offer a seamless and superior customer service experience.


How It Works

Navigating to the feature is straightforward. You’ll find a new button under the actions menu labeled “Get AI Summary.” A click will yield a popup displaying the summary, offering a quick refresher of what has transpired with the customer so far.
