Description

 

As an Account Setup Specialist at TECOBI, you will ensure the smooth and efficient onboarding of new clients while maintaining their accounts within our software platform. This role requires precision in setting up client accounts and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The position is primarily computer-focused, with a need for strong attention to detail, while managing multiple systems and client communications. While this role may involve occasional client interaction, it is more centered on technical tasks than regular communication. 

 

We are seeking an individual who is detail-orientedreliable, and dedicated to delivering an excellent client experience. This position requires sitting at a desk for an 8-hour workday in the office.

 

Job Responsibilities
  • Account Setup:
    • Create and set up new client accounts with precision.
    • Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure proper setup of inventory and DMS data feeds.
    • Adjust account settings and modify/import client data into the TECOBI system.
  • Troubleshooting & Support:
    • Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls.
    • Work with the team and clients to resolve issues as needed.
  • Internal Coordination & Communication:
    • Maintain work tracking systems like Asana and Nutshell.
    • Regularly attend meetings and training sessions.
    • Input special rules (e.g., holiday hours) for clients as needed.
    • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.
  • Additional Tasks:
    • Assist with any other assigned tasks to ensure seamless client experience.
