Document Center gives dealerships the ability to upload documents, turn them into digitally fillable forms, and send them directly to customers through text messaging, all inside TECOBI.
With Document Center, dealerships can:
- Create reusable document templates
- Add fillable fields like signatures, dates, checkboxes, and text fields
- Send individual forms or complete document packets through text
- Require customers to complete necessary fields before submission
- Automatically save completed documents to the customer profile
- Download or print completed paperwork at any time
Instead of printing paperwork, emailing PDFs back and forth, or waiting on customers to scan documents back in, dealerships can now handle the entire process digitally from one centralized location.

Simplify Dealership Paperwork
Document Center helps dealerships eliminate the back-and-forth that often slows down the paperwork process. Instead of printing forms, emailing PDFs, or waiting for customers to scan documents back in, teams can now send everything directly through text message.
Customers can review documents, complete required fields, and sign digitally from any device, creating a faster and more convenient experience from start to finish.
Build Reusable Templates and Document Packets
Dealerships can upload their existing forms and turn them into reusable templates with fillable fields such as signatures, dates, checkboxes, and text inputs.
For workflows that require multiple forms, Document Center also allows teams to group documents together into complete packets that can be sent all at once. This makes it easier to manage processes like financing paperwork, buyer agreements, delivery forms, and compliance documents without unnecessary back-and-forth.
Keep Everything Organized Inside TECOBI
Once completed, documents are automatically saved inside the customer profile within TECOBI, making it easy for teams to access paperwork whenever needed.
Assigned team members are also notified when documents are completed so deals can continue moving forward quickly without additional follow-up or manual tracking.
Completed forms can be downloaded or printed at any time directly from the platform.

Document Center was developed directly from dealership feedback and real-world workflow challenges our users shared with us. As more dealerships looked for faster and easier ways to manage paperwork digitally, our team focused on building a solution that keeps the process simple, organized, and fully integrated inside TECOBI.
